i. All items are the first-come-first-serve basis. Reserved only applicable only after $$$ has been deposit into my bank account
ii. Viewing only at my place in Semenyih area or any place that convenient to me.
iii. Delivery or posting can be arrange, buyer will bare the postage charges
iv. All prices are FIRM.
